Hi Leaders

I'm Pamela, founder and CEO of Holistic Leaders Consulting.

I believe there's an innate power within every woman that goes untapped. I built this practice to help you find it.

I practice what I preach and teach what I know. I've been committed to tracking my own cycle for years, so I can know my peaks, when I need more time for reflection, and when to adjust my 'to-do' list to a 'done' list.

4 phases in your cycle. We plan your work around every one

I stayed on the pill for twenty years, until my mid-30s, to manage cramps so painful I'd wake up from a dead sleep, writhing, desperate for a hot water bottle. It was prescribed by a male OB-GYN when I was a teenager, and supported by my mom, who seemed more worried about teen pregnancy than anything else. It wasn't until I learned about the four phases of my hormonal cycle that I realized how much of my own power I'd been trained to ignore.

That became a pillar of my mentorship, not a footnote to it.

Now I know my cycle as well as I know my calendar. I track it, I plan my hardest work around it, and I teach the women I work with to do the same. Most working women are taught to power through every day identically, and then wonder why they're exhausted, foggy, or snapping at people they love for no reason they can name.

That's the whole practice, distilled: your body is not a distraction from your leadership. It's one of your most useful tools.

Since then, I've become a mother, and I was diagnosed with ADHD. Both cracked my own self-understanding wide open again. Tracking my cycle taught me to work with my body instead of against it. Motherhood and my ADHD diagnosis taught me the same lesson about my time and my attention. None of it was ever a flaw to manage. It was information I hadn't been taught to read yet.

Today, Holistic Leaders Consulting is that practice, full time.

I work with leaders one on one through the Accelerator Program, with teams and Women's Impact Networks through live events, and with anyone curious through self-guided workshops. Every one of them starts in the same place: with you, cycle and all.
